Referrals to ACTO

ACTO is an appellate and test case litigation clinic, with a focus on systemic housing issues that affect tenants with low incomes and people who are homeless.

Cases are referred to ACTO by legal aid clinics and tenant/housing advocacy groups across Ontario. ACTO does not provide direct services to tenants who contact the clinic.

If you are a tenant in need of legal assistance, please contact Legal Aid Ontario or your community legal clinic for assistance or an appropriate referral.
