What to do if you get an N4 notice

If you weren’t able to pay your rent, your landlord may have served you with an N4 notice – a notice to end your tenancy for non-payment of rent. Learn more about being a renter in Ontario and your rights.

This tip sheet contains general information. It is not a substitute for getting legal advice about your particular situation. Contact your community legal clinic for legal advice.
